The Top Secret Trait Behind the Success of Millionaires

Within my constant research of understanding the knowledge and mindset of highly successful entrepreneurs in our industry, one common trait became more obvious to me in comparison to all other leadership traits they portray. This trait is that of "Persistence". All successful entrepreneurs, those that have achieved income levels above the 7 figure mark, have mastered the technique of maintaining persistent with their efforts and not allowing failures to cause them to give in.

The most successful entrepreneurs are those that are good at following through with their efforts. An example of an entrepreneur that has mastered this perception of leadership is a very well known individual in our industry, Mr. Mike Dillard. Mr. Dillard has been able to overcome the failure and remained persistent in his efforts to reaching his goal of providing incredible value to us all in the network marketing industry. While starting in his network marketing venture, he became familiar with what it will take to actually become successful and the amount of dedication and persistence that was needed to overcome failure. Even though confronted with tough situation and decisions to make on a daily basis, he maintained the mindset of a true leader and followed through with his plan until success for him became inevitable.

Traitt

We all have new things that excite, motivate, and lead us to beginning new projects but it is those that follow through to completion that truly have mastered the art of persistence. Losing your motivation is normal, but what really matters is that you understand that this is part of human emotions. Becoming impatient and losing control of the situation only leads to further frustration. We must constantly remain in control of our emotions and not allow failure to become our road block to success. These great leaders have shown us all that constant, persistent efforts will lead to achieving goals and it has been proven time and time again.

Figure out what is going to motivate you when you lose your motivation. The "WHY" that originally drove you should be big enough that it will allow you to go back and revert to it, reminding you of the reason that drove you to move forward in reaching your goals. Having a reason, a visualized goal, dramatically increases your possibilities of getting to where you want to go in life and in business. The only thing that has kept me from literally throwing in the towel and on all my efforts and giving up is having this enormous reason to do what I do. If we consider ourselves as serious entrepreneurs and strongly believe that we deserve to live a life of abundance, there should not be any reason to stop us and success should be our main focus.

Become emotionally tied to your goal and understand that failure is not an option. In human nature, we tend to find a sense of security in everything we do. This sense of security has allowed many to not give their full potential and has been the cause for many beginner entrepreneurs to not achieve the certain level of success that they strongly believed they deserved. Tony Robbins has said numerous times that if we really have the desire to become exactly who we want to be, you must unconsciously burn the bridges behind you so that we don't have any other option but to reach the level of success that we are striving for.

Keep in mind, you get what you give. What you put out as far as intention, energy, whatever you are transmitting within, you will get back 100 fold. Persistent effort is, and always will be, the secret to success, whether you believe in it or not. In a more simple explanation, "What the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve." - Napoleon Hill

Self-Confidence - An Important Trait to Beauty Pageant Success

When it comes to entering, competing in, and ultimately winning beauty pageants, there is one tip that rises above the others- self-confidence. Self -confidence is the most important quality that you must possess if you want to be successful in beauty pageants.

Self-confidence is not found in the skilled application of makeup, an overnight cream that promises to give a smooth and clear complexion, or in the rigorous workout completed faithfully. Though makeup, proper skin care, and a dedication to hard work and exercise are vital to the success of your pageantry career, if you lack self confidence and appear nervous while competing, you will discover that success is continually out of your grasp.

Traitt

One of the most important steps to ensuring that you have great self-confidence is to smile. Smiling is the key ingredient to letting the judges as well as the audience know that you are in your element. Looking at the judges directly while smiling will exude an air of self-confidence and poise. Never forget to smile when you are competing.

If you love competing, yet find that you are a bundle of nerves, you may want to try some relaxation techniques such as deep breathing. Deep breathing originates from the abdomen and can work wonders at relaxing you before you compete. To begin with, take a deep breath while expanding the lower abdomen. While you inhale, it is important to extend your stomach. Let the air flow from your abdomen into your lungs. Slowly breathe in while expanding your abdomen for a count of eight. Once you have reached the count of eight, hold your breath for a count of four. Now, slowly exhale for a count of eight. Let the breath flow from your nostrils controlled, while you feel your lungs contract, and then slowly let your abdomen contract. A series of three deep breaths before a competition can work wonders at reducing your nerves.

There is no better time to show the judges as well as the audience your highly developed level of self-confidence then during your interview. Public speaking is an important skill to master and once you feel comfortable in this area, you will have made tremendous progress in your pageantry skills. Not only is public speaking vital to winning beauty pageants, it is a skill that will help you in many areas throughout your life. Pronouncing each word correctly is important and shows that you have intelligence as well as charm.

Some important things to consider when you are speaking throughout your interview, is to speak with self-assuredness and confidence. Your tone of voice will also convey a lot about the level of self-confidence you have. Practicing speaking in front of a mirror is a good idea. Also, use your friends and family members as surrogate judges and practice speaking to them. Reading aloud and answering practice interview questions is a great way to boost your confidence and help prepare you for the actual interview part of the pageant. With a great smile, self-assuredness, a clear speaking voice, and plenty of self-confidence you will find that you will have a great experience with your pageantry.

Graphology at Home-Lesson 30-The Trait List S-Z

You can determine whether anyone possesses a particular personality trait! You simply need to classify the type of handwriting. Firstly, try to locate this trait-or a synonym- in the following alphabetized list. Let us take an example: Assume you find the desired trait, "Accuracy" or a word having the same or nearly the same meaning. The handwriting components that graphologically equate to "Accuracy" are: Exact placing of i dots and t bars; good spacing. If the writing has exactly placed 'i' dots and 't' bars (attention to details), good spacing (a sense of order, clearmindedness), you can be sure the person possesses this trait.

What's the Cheapest Way to Heat Your Home - Space Heaters Or Radiators?

Fluctuating energy costs have made it difficult for many people to afford to heat their homes in the winter. It is because of this that many people have looked for ways to cut their heating bills using space heaters, which are operated using electricity, instead of radiators, which are operated by a fossil fuel source. The affordability of using a space heater is going to greatly depend on the type of heater used and the cost of current energy sources.

Save Money on Heating When Oil Prices Are Up

SEBASTIAN

The current cost of electricity and fossil fuels are going to impact whether you save money by using a space heater as opposed to relying on a radiator to heat your home. Generally, when oil prices are high you will save money by only heating the rooms that you are using with a space heater. This is because the cost of operating a space heater runs between

Spend More Money on Heating When Oil Prices Are Down

Many people stop using space heaters when oil prices and natural gas prices are low. This is because it is less expensive to heat an entire home using a radiator powered by an oil fueled boiler than it is to heat a home using electric space heaters. It is also less of a hassle and generally safer to use a radiator than space heaters during these more affordable periods of time. This is especially true if you have kids or pets, or if your home is empty all day because you go to work.

Save Money on Your Heating Bill

In order to save money on your heating bill you need to know how to maximize the heat energy produced by your space heaters. To start will you will want to seal off the area that you want to heat. This will reduce the amount of heat wasted on unused areas of your home. Next you will want to select the right type of space heater. Quartz space heaters, for example, are best for open areas, rooms with high ceilings and rooms with several people in them On the other hand, convection heaters are better suited for rooms that can be sealed off or isolated from the unused areas of your home.

When selecting a space heater look for safety features such as tip over alarms and automatic shut off features. These will help you to avoid safety hazards that are associated with space heater use. They will also help you to maximize the usefulness of the space heater.

.13 and .20 per hour, while running a gas or oil powered furnace can run you between .85 and .00 per hour depending on the cost of fossil fuels.

The Most Admired Leadership Traits

Does every manager lead, inspire and motivate their team to new heights? Of course not, but some are remembered for years...even decades by members of their team. People have told me they have fond, warm memories when I ask them to tell me about the best leader they ever worked for. So instead of writing an article about the dynamics of leadership, I though it may be more useful to view leadership from the eyes of those that follow.

I really wanted to know what people thought about the best leader they ever worked for. I had asked the question numerous times in leadership training classes, but the people attending were speaking out amongst peers so I wasn't sure they were speaking from the heart. So I posed the question on LinkedIn, a business oriented social media site. In LinkedIn there are groups where you can post a discussion/question and members of that group are free to comment. I posted the question on two sales groups, a CFO group, two HR groups and a general executive group. 297 people responded, offering 495 words and 132 phrases.

Traitt

The results were both confirming to some of what I have seen before, but at the same time I read words I had never hear in a classroom environment. Words like "servant" were offered more than once. I followed up with some people to ensure I understood their meaning as many comments came from around the world.

Again, this feedback comes from people remembering the best leader they ever worked for!

Visionary was the word most commonly mentioned 1st, and was the most common word offered overall. Integrity and inspiration came in tied for 2nd. I won't bore you by listing all the words, but the longer I thought about them, the more clearly I saw what people thought differentiated this leader from all the others. When I began to bundle these words under 5 traits it became clear what people value most from leaders vs. everyday managers. The traits I identified were; technical competency, leadership competency, character, composure, and care for people.

Competency/Technical - I was surprised that this trait was not more highly valued. Comments from around the world with many submissions from the technology world still barely registered. The two most commonly offered words, knowledgeable and competent, only appeared 9 times out of 495 words.

Competency/Leadership - This trait had double the offering of the next most valued trait (of course leadership was part of the question). The most common submissions were visionary, inspirational, empowering and mentoring. Of interest to me was that when I sent an email to thank people for commenting in the discussion they offered more information about these traits but rarely mentioned the leader. I only note this because I found it very different from those who wrote back about character and care for people.

Character - This was the 2nd most commonly valued trait, and easily the most common word used was integrity. Honesty, humility and trusting were all mentioned often but integrity was offered more often then the other 3 combined. The tone of follow up discussions was interesting. This trait was definitely highly valued but again, they spoke more about the trait than the person. My inference was that this trait was the entrance ticket, not the main attraction.

Care for people - This is the 3rd place trait but don't dismiss this if you aspire to be someone's best leader! The words most commonly offered were; Trustworthy, caring, supporting and compassionate. Now for the most interesting part...this is the trait that naturally evokes the most emotion. I got unsolicited emails from several respondents thanking me for posing a question that reminded them of a particular person. More than one told me how warm the memories were. This was inspirational to me because it seemed that even though this was the third place trait in my survey it may be the trait that many good leaders do not have, or at least do not display. Statistically this may be in third place, but those that experienced it absolutely loved it.

Composure - This is an interesting trait because people seem to appreciate behavior in a leader that is opposite to those that are following! In a time of dramtic change, they speak of being calm under pressure. When the environment is calm and sleepy, they appreciate passion over any overlooked principle. The top two words were passionate and listens.

This was a very interesting exercise for me and I hope enlightening for you. If you are inspired to become that one leader that someone will remember...maybe even decades after they worked for you then I would suggest you focus on the following.

Leadership competency - the most high valued trait. Driven by perceptions of vision, inspiration and empowerment.

Character - the second most valued trait. Warning! If anyone spots ANY lack of integrity then move on. Always do the right thing even when no one is watching.

Care for people - maybe 3rd place in people's mind but 1st place in their heart. Perception will be driven by your trustworthiness, compassion and support.

Composure - 4th place BUT a lack of composure will always ruin all the hard work you put in the other traits. People appreciate calm under pressure and passion over principal.

Forex Trading Education - Trading Looks Easy But You Must Have This Key Trait Or Lose!

Forex trading look easy and anyone can learn to be a successful trader so why then do 95% of trader's burn their equity and get wiped out. The reason is they lack one key trait and this normally comes about from the way they get their forex education...

Trait the overwhelming majority of losing forex traders lack is discipline - they have all heard of it but can't obtain it and in most instances this comes from the way they believe forex markets work and the education they get.

Traitt

There are two main reasons traders cannot stay discipline and trade their systems.

1. They Want to Follow Others

The fact is discipline comes form within and is based upon confidence in what you are doing and most traders follow others and do not get confidence. When a few losses occur (and most of the advice given on the net and forex robots people try and follow do) they then throw in the towel however, even with a successful method, traders cant follow them most of the time.

Keep in mind if you don't have the disciple to follow your trading system - you don't have one!

3. Normal Traits to Win Don't Apply In Forex

Most trader want perfection they want to buy low sell high and predict market tops and bottoms and be rewarded by the market for being clever and their effort - but it doesn't the forex market provides a unique challenge and traits that work in normal society, don't in forex trading:

- You are not rewarded for effort just profits you make

- Only you can be wrong and the market is always right

- Being clever wont help its like effort you don't get rewarded for it

- You cannot trade with the majority you must trade in isolation

- Your emotions will come into play and fight your ability to remain disciplined.

Forex trading even if you have a sound system takes tremendous discipline to stay on course, as normal traits that you rely on to make money in society, don't work in forex trading.

This is frustrating and when you start to lose and the market makes you look a fool, you have a battle with your emotions to keep executing trading signals in the face of losses. You also need to be on your own and cannot seek refuge with the majority, as the majority lose.

Becoming a Disciplined Trader is Achievable but NOT Easy

Think its easy? Then you have never traded!

Of course, you can do it - but this means getting a forex education which you have confidence in and accepting that you will look a fool, you will lose for some periods and you will have to battle your emotions to stay on course.

Discipline comes from confidence and learning and applying a logical forex trading system, through the losing periods and staying on course - until you are rewarded for your perseverance.

Success is in your hands and is reliant as much on your mindset as on your method.

You need a logical method; you have confidence in and the discipline to apply it. If you can do this, you can make big forex gains - its not easy and that's why the rewards are so high.

Learn to be disciplined and you will find it will lead you to currency trading success.

Safety Culture - Vision As a Major Trait of Safety Leadership

In this article, we will refine our discussion on developing the foundation for a successful safety process and "Vision" that is necessary to establish an effective safety culture. Within this process, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) provides a methodology to determine the various risks, hazards, and needed controls at the micro-level. However, a larger Macro-level of thought must be considered and this requires having a Vision of what you want to achieve.

In a previous article, we discussed why you should define what your safety process should look like structurally using ANSI Z10 as an example. We posed two questions:

Traitt

Do you just want to be in compliance with regulatory requirements, or Do you want to build a true safety culture that will sustain itself and have a long term impact on an organization?Vision Few of us have truly established a real vision of what we want to accomplish, let alone develop a sense of purpose in establishing our Vision. Steven Covey said it best with one of his Seven Habits that we should "begin with the end in mind."

In Covey's various books, he strongly recommends having a point of reference that one can periodically check against and correct the course towards your ultimate destination. From our point of view, if you do not know where you are going, then how do you know when you have gotten to the right point. Think about it this way: We all, at some point in time, have written our goals down and successfully have achieved what we set out to accomplish. However, as time goes by, we may continue to have goals that are accomplished but do not develop a real sense of purpose or fulfillment.

Our experience as clearly voiced by Covey is that goals and objectives are a subset of Vision, as having a vision is more than goals and objectives and these should work in tandem. In an effort to continue to help define a vision, the importance of knowing where you want to be at a future point in time is very important. Therefore, a Vision is what you want to bring into reality or create; it is where you want to be at some defined time in the future. Once the vision provides the direction, a sense of purpose can begin to develop. If your vision is to have a self-sustaining process and an effective safety culture then you must establish a path to that destination by defining the goals needed and the objectives necessary. The resources required can then be identified, assessed, and a cross-functional team enlisted that can get the vision accomplished.

Not only must you have a shared vision (according to Peter Senge) of what you want to achieve, you must have an understanding of how that vision fits into the overall mission of the organization. Mission is defined as a specific task with which a person or a group is charged. It may be your fundamental purpose or reason for holding a specific job position. You should assure that the safety process is put into a context so that its elements can be implemented, deployed, and readily used within the organization's overall mission without being degraded. Reflection In a previous article, we discussed reflection and why you should define what your safety process should look like. We posed three questions about reflection as follows:

Do you have a clear and concise vision of what you want to achieve to guide you daily? Can your overall vision align with your organizational goals and objectives? Do you have a potential foundation on which you can build your safety process? An essential activity and this may sound trite is to review your vision daily. James has his vision posted to pop up on his Outlook calendar at a periodic time. Nathan has noted that when the daily ongoing demands of professional and personal life results in his not reviewing his vision, not only is direction lost but time is lost that has to be made up. Everyone will have to establish their own method, but it is important to keep the vision in view to allow a check and balance of the priorities established each day and the goals and objectives that must be met.

If your vision is to develop a self-sustaining Safety Culture, what are the requisite Safety systems that will support this vision? Are they customized systems based on effective assessment of the workplace? And critically, what are you doing to communicate to the rest of the organization as to what you are trying to accomplish? Just because you believe your process is the most important and the right thing, may not directly translate into buy-in to your vision by others. Do you understand the politics of the organization as well as the internal and external social networks necessary to gain the backing and support from all levels of the organization.

How do you know when your vision has turned into a reality? Simply put, it will become tangible. We had that experience in developing our concepts for enhancing the job hazard analysis process. Our vision was to develop a better process for the JHA and how it can be better implemented. We set goals and objectives that required us to cover a wide range of methods, readings, and discussions. One day, a published book arrived in the mail! We have, on occasion, diverted into other areas of interest, but we never lost sight of our vision of improving the workplace, one job, one step, one task at a time.

Adopting a process and implementing programs is not enough. One must have an overall since of purpose, an understanding of the workforce, understanding how to build a team that leads to a defining of realistic goals that in turn establishes a plan of action. One must have an understanding of "why" a process must be developed? What do you want your safety and health process to achieve? Can you explain that "why" clearly to the organization?

To build a sense of how important vision is to you personally and professionally, search on vision in the literature. Authors such as Covey, Senge, Napoleon Hill, Canfield, Dyer, and a host of others are out there. Pick and research on those that best appeal to you. Summary The US Department of Energy, in discussing human performance improvement, suggest that a check be made for these seven areas and work at correcting them, as they are considered at-risk practices:

Not setting a clear vision. Not involving affected personnel in the vision or plan. Failing to set expectations, establish urgency or share understanding of the need for change. Failing to consider the new values, attitudes and beliefs needed. Not taking the time to inform people about the coming change. Assuming that members of the organization know about the change and the value of changing. Being impatient and failing to stay-the-course when you have done your homework and know this is the proper approach. The bottom line is to define your overall Vision, write down realistic goals, objectives, and a plan to meet your vision.

How to Attract Girls - The One Magical Trait That All Women Find Irresistible in a Man!

Let's face it, men and women are very different from one another. From a man's point of view, she is illogical and allows herself to be controlled and manipulated by her emotions rather than through thought. What women find attractive can be puzzling to a man. Ever see a gorgeous woman with an unattractive man? Ever wonder how that happens? It makes you wonder what manual they read on how to attract girls. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to what women might find attractive in a man.

Men, on the other hand, are motivated by visual appeal. When they see a woman they find attractive they immediately find themselves drawn to her. It doesn't matter if they know how to attract girls, they have no problem making fools of themselves to get her attention, and that is where men go wrong. Women don't have the same triggers as men, and most need an emotional connection in order to find a man attractive. This is not achieved overnight, but men can get a woman's attention immediately if he knows the right thing to say and do.

The bottom line is, if you want to know how to attract girls, you have to know just one simple thing and that is how to make her laugh. Women only respond to physical attractiveness for a short period of time, they do not want a guy who is all looks and no substance, and a sharp sense humor is a great way to show a woman that you have more to you than the way that you look (good or bad).

For example, if you are at a club dancing and a woman bumps into you, you could say something like: "Hey watch it punk!" then before she responds crack a smile to show you were only playing, the next thing you know you'll be setting the wedding date and picking out bridesmaids dresses; or say something witty, smile and walk away, see if she doesn't come and ask you to dance.

There is not big secret on how to get girls; you simply have to connect with them on an emotional level. Show them that you can have fun and that you want to have fun with them and before you know it, she will want to do whatever you want her to.

Assertiveness - A Trait Everybody Should Have

Many people shy away from making requests. They are afraid to take a stand for themselves. Such people are usually at a loss. This is primarily because of the fact that they lack in assertiveness.

Two strategies are there to help individual become more assertive. One approach deals with your outwardly demeanor. These techniques has to with how to voice your opinion and how you argue in a situation.

Traitt

The second approach has to be with changing your self-image. These techniques aid you in realizing your own worth. The former one of these two approaches is the most effective on.

If you know how to present your argument but inwardly doubt your views, you will not be successful. With a solid foundation, the facade will crumble in no time.

Many times, you may end up in a situation, where it is hard to remain in control of your emotions. On such occasion, request to put off the argument. Take some time out and calm yourself. Get ready especially mentally for the next time.

Making affirmative self-talks is a very helpful techniques. Try to convince yourself about your worth and right to ask for something. Try to be more self-assured.

Repeating to yourself, "I deserve what I am asking for" and "I should not give up because I am on the right", can help.

you will lose and not get what you want if you are thinking about the unsuitability of your request. This is like surrendering prematurely to other party. First, be sure yourself and then embark on the mission of persuading others.

Work on your inner self. Do not waste your precious time on techniques that only tell you how to voice your requests. They are of no use in the long term. They just do no good.

Sebastian Brandt, the Master of the Gruninger Workshop and Virgil's "Opera"

Virgil (70-19 BC) is regarded as one of greatest Poets of ancient Rome. Arguably, his most known work is the "Aeneid" - the epic tale of Aenaes' search for a new homeland - that follows a model similar to Homer's epic poems "Iliad" and "Odyssey". At the time of Virgil's death, however, the "Aeneid" remained unfinished.

sebastian hair products

Despite being an unfinished work, "Aeneid" is among one of the most important poems in the history of Western Literature and is widely considered to be the poet's finest work. Reputedly, when Virgil recited extracts from the work before Emperor Augustus, the impact was such that it caused the Emperor's sister, Octavia, to faint.

SEBASTIAN

"Aeneid" consists of 12 books describing the journey of Aeneas - the mythical ancestor of Romulus and Remus (founders of the city of Rome) - as he flees to Italy from Troy, battles with the local prince Turnus and founds a city upon which Rome would be built. The work was reputedly commissioned by Augustus and may have modeled the work of Homer - with the "Odyssey" being similar stylistically to the first 6 books of the "Aeneid" and the "Iliad" holding the same relationship with the final 6 books of Virgil's great work. Throughout the course of the tale, Virgil recounts mythical events including: Aeneas' escape from Troy and Juno's attempts to interfere in Aeneas' fate by driving his fleet ashore in Africa; the favour bestowed on Aeneas by Dido, the Queen of Carthage; the story of Greek treachery at Troy involving a giant wooden horse, the death of Laocoon, the escape of Aeneas and members of his family and the journey of his fleet until it was driven ashore in Carthage; Aeneas' abandonment of Dido and her subsequent suicide; the death of Anchises (Aeneas' father); Aeneas' journey to the underworld; the Trojan settlement in Latium; and the epic battled between Aeneas and Turnus.

Virgil's "Eclogues" (also know as the "Bucolics") is a collection of 10 poems on rustic subjects in the style of the Greek poet, Theocritus. Following the publication of these works, they became popular performance pieces on the Roman stage. Featuring a combination of political commentary and eroticism, they contributed to Virgil's fame. Eclogues 1 and 9 deal with issues related to frequent land confiscations that occurred in the Empire and the consequential effects on the countryside. Eclogues 2 and 3 are based very much in the farming milieu and deal with homosexual and panerotic themes. Eclogue 4 - known as the 'Messianic Eclogue' - links the birth of a child with heralding a Golden Age. Eclogues 5 and 8 deal with the myth of Daphnis - the mythical shepherd, flutist and inventor of pastoral poetry - in a singing contest. Eclogue 6 describes the mythological song of Silenus - the companion and tutor to Dionysus. Eclogue 7 deals with a heated contest among poets. Eclogue 10 describes the life of one of Virgil's contemporaries, the poet Cornelius Gallus - a man who is thought to have been instrumental in the repatriation of the land confiscated from Virgil formerly.

The "Georgics" includes four books dealing with farming matters - the title "Georgics" is derived from the Greek term for 'working the land'. The Books respectively deal with raising crops (Book 1), growing trees (Book 2), raising livestock and horses (Book 3) and beekeeping (Book 4). Tradition holds that Virgil was convinced to dedicate time to the "Georgics" by Maecenas - a political adviser and confidant of Octavian (later Emperor Augustus).

In addition to "Eclogues", "Georgics" and "Aeneid", a collection of small poetic works survived to the Renaissance. So, too, there were numerous surviving examples of attempts to finalize the "Aeneid", including that of Maffeo Vegio from 1428. It was that collection of works that caught the attention of Sebastian Brandt (1457-1521) - the German Renaissance Humanist and Satirist - at the beginning of the 16th Century when he was commissioned by Johannes Gruninger to edit the collected work of Virgil for the first illustrated Edition.

Brandt had studied at Basel and became a doctor of law in 1489. In the intellectual maelstrom of the Renaissance, Brandt found himself drawn to Humanist circles and gained a degree of popularity with his Latin poetry. His literary endeavors continued apace and in 1494, his "Das Narrenschiff" ("The Ship of Fools") was published - it was a work that received widespread popular acclaim and has been identified as a significant precursor to the Protestant Reformation.

It was from the workshops associated with the Gruninger printing works that the artwork for the 1502 Edition was prepared and it was that reference that leaves us with the title the "Late Master of the Gruninger Workshops" for the artist who is responsible. The honorific, "Master" indicating the import of the illustrations accompanying the 1502 Edition of "Opera". The suite is a positive tour de force - incorporating many two-page and full-page illustrations, in addition to woodcuts integrated into the text. In sheer number, with more than 210 woodcuts included in the suite, it is deserves to be a significant work, but it is also the utterly sympathetic depiction of Virgil's text that marks the suite as a masterwork.

Which is the Most Important Trait of a Leader?

"A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way". - John C. Maxwell. Have you ever wondered about what makes a good leader? Why is it that some people can inspire others to greater heights of achievement while the rest leave them cold? Are there any special qualities that these people share?

1. The most critical trait of a leader is self belief. All good leaders know that they have what it takes. They are confident and sure of their ability to face any situation. Contrary to popular belief, these situations may not only be tough ones. Take a simple situation of having to react to public praise - a good leader knows how to graciously accept and move on.

Traitt

2. Good leaders are never afraid to make decisions. They weigh the pros and cons of the issues at hand and make an informed decision in a timely manner. To enable them make the right decisions, they invest the time in educating themselves about all the important aspects that could affect their business as well as surround themselves with competent and trustworthy people.

3. When the going gets tough, the tough get going! Poise is a much sought after trait of a leader. They have the ability to maintain their composure under trying situations. Indeed, many of them love the challenges posed by tough circumstances and invariably rise to the occasion.

4. Good leaders practice what they preach. They do not expect others to do things that they themselves would not do. They lead by setting an example to their community and followers.

5. While the capacity to understand a problem at a grassroots level is an important trait of a leader, the more critical one is the ability to see the bigger picture and the larger issues underlying the situation. It is this ability that sets them apart from others and helps them become visionaries.

6. Have you ever come across a leader who is a pessimist? Highly unlikely! All leaders possess an undying level of optimism. Where you see a glass half empty, they see it half full. Where you see a glass half full, they see it totally full - half with liquid and the other half with air! It is this optimism that drives them to keep trying until they find success in their mission.

7. Absolute trustworthiness is another essential trait of a leader. People should be able to rely on him to keep promises made. The one thing that will keep most people from accepting someone as a leader is if they can't be sure that he will actually take them where he says he will.

Think of the people that you look up to as great leaders, and analyze for yourself the qualities they possessed. Chances are that each of them would have all of these traits to some extent.

Cheap Generators - Building a Free Energy Generator With Less Than $100

The problem with the home generator systems that you can buy today is that they are much too expensive for normal people to buy. Just think about how expensive a wind generator or solar panels are!

sebastian cellophanes

Those are all costs that you have to pay up-front, not even considering the high maintenance costs that those systems might have.

SEBASTIAN

So what is the solution for finding cheap generators?

It's something called a "free energy generator".

There are various forms of free energy generators, some are magnetic generators, using the always-present force field of magnets, the magnetic field of earth and gravity to produce electric power.

Another form of free energy generators draws the power from the cosmic rays that are constantly hitting our earth, without us realising. This is actually not some fantasy fluff talk, it is hard science. Go and ask the next professor you can get a hold of, he will surely affirm it.

Those cosmic rays contain energy that normally just goes to waste. Nowadays we have ways of using this energy though and transforming it into electrical energy. As no resource is burned or consumed during this process, this kind of generator falls under the category of free energy generators.

But it doesn't stop there. These kind of generators are not only environment friendly, they are also very cheap generators. The cosmic ray generator in its basic form doesn't cost any more than 100$ to assemble!

And it consists completely of parts that you can get at your local home improvement store.

What's more is that with those generators you'll be able to significantly cut your electrical bills. Some people have even achieved reductions of 80% to 100%.

10 Reasons Why Good Communication Skills Are a Common Trait of Successful People

When you look at successful people, they may have varying talents, which explain how they succeeded. A great voice and or talent can lead to a career as an entertainer; a knack for invention can make a person a great scientist, and philosophical knowledge and intellect can make someone a great leader. Yet, none of these people can be a success without having good communication skills.

1. They Have to Network

Traitt

With any successful person, no matter their profession, they have to network with other people on a regular basis. As such, they have to be able to write and speak with a variety of people on a variety of subjects; whether it is pitching their book or movie to a publisher or producer, or trying to convince housewives to buy their new labour-saving device.

2. They Have to Make a Sale

To succeed in life means to make a sale, and not necessarily the simple sale of a product. Politicians have to ''sell'' themselves to their constituents; writers and actors have to sell themselves to agents and producers. To do that, they have to be able to communicate what it is about them or their product, or idea etc that is better that someone else's.

3. People Have to be Comfortable With Them

There's an old saying about not shooting the messenger. It means that you don't blame the person who brings you bad news for the news. Nevertheless, people won't like someone who gives them bad news, and also they are not inclined to buy or support a person who cannot communicate well with them.

With successful people, they need not be pretty (witness the appearances of some Rock singers), but they have to project confidence. When they make their pitch, they speak clearly; they stand up straight, head held high, and they look people in the eye. They project their voice and speak in a pleasant tone.

They do not shout and scream, and they do not result to profanity and vulgar acts. When writing, they're clear and articulate, and not overly wordy and their writing is easily understood by the vast majority of the public.

4. They Have to Present Their Idea

With any successful person, they invariably have some sort of idea and/or product to present to a client or buyer. Whether it's a new book or a business plan; the pitch for a new TV series or an attempt to get a part in a show; they have to convince someone that they've got a great idea or talent.

This means either writing a great pitch letter or treatment or putting on a great presentation or audition. In either case, good communication skills are needed.

5. They Often Go Against "The Flow"

Truly successful people are often "ahead of the curve" when it comes to business, music, cultural trends and so forth.

The successful writer or producer comes up with a new idea for a movie or TV show; the successful business leader sees a new opportunity or market, and the successful inventor comes up with a new device to fill a need. No matter what, they often have an idea that is ahead of its time.

How many people could have foreseen that "The Blair Witch Project" would be a huge hit?

How many people knew that Yahoo, eBay and YouTube would make millions?

And how many knew that personal computers would need user-friendly operating systems and that Windows would be the key to that?

All of these were done by people who were ultimately successful and had to convince others of the validity of their idea. To do that, they had to communicate that breakthrough idea in a manner that others could understand, appreciate and believe in.

6. They Have to Listen, in Many Ways

This ties in with point #5.

Many successful people "listen" to the marketplace, whether that be the business marketplace, cultural trends, movies and television shows and so on. By being a good listener, whatever that might entail, they can see things: trends in pop culture, demographic trends that might hint at what people will need in the future and they can simply listen to what their clients say they need.

Being a good communicator means more than talking or writing; it means listening too. You can be the greatest inventor in the world, but if you don't listen to what people want, you'll fail.

Thomas Edison invented an electric vote counter and tried to sell it to Congress, but they did not want it; they had no desire to speed up the voting process. Edison had not "listened" to the marketplace.

7. They Have to Stand Out

To be a success, a person has to stand out from the crowd; those that blend in do not rise to the top. People like JK Rowling, John F. Kennedy, and Laurence Olivier (to name only three), are all successful, and all have (had) the ability to communicate well in some way.

Great authors like Rowling and Conan Doyle take the same words that anyone has available and weave tales that keep us on the edge of our seat and flipping pages as fast as we can read. Statesmen like Kennedy and Reagan could inspire and excite people with just a speech. And then singers and actors can make girls scream with passion and grown men weep with just their words.

8. They Can "Change Gears" in a Heartbeat

When pitching a new business deal to a bunch of investors and then trying to sell it to new clients, successful people know how to say the same thing, yet say it differently.

When trying to relate to a bunch of teens, throwing in some recent movie or pop culture references can work wonders, as can dredging up some nostalgia when presenting something to an older crowd.

This can also tie into the form of communication they use. Some people are good at writing, others at speaking, and then there are modern multi-media: movies, flash files, wav files, even twittering. Successful people have the ability to adapt their message to whatever media is best suited to the situation.

9. They Give and Get Respect

When trying to pitch something, whether it's an idea or a product, successful people do it properly. This means communicating in a way that shows respect to their audience.

You do not see such people using a great deal of profanity, vulgarity or insulting language. They do not belittle their audience or talk down to them.

10. They Project Optimism

When successful people talk about just about anything, it's often with a "glass half full" sort of attitude. No matter what they are trying to achieve, they speak in a positive manner, always looking to the future, always looking at how they can improve things.

There's an old saying that speaks of building a better mouse trap, and then the world will beat a path to your door. Well, the greatest invention in the world or the next great novel won't lead to success if you can't communicate to others as to just how great your creation is.

This is where good communication skills help in building success.

Sebastian, Florida - A Great Place to Live and Play

In Florida, you have your places to live, your places to visit, and your places to explore; Indian River County happens to be a place of all three. Being a place of interest on the news as of the past few years, you may not have heard of one of its up-and-coming towns named Sebastian. It is known as being the home of the first designated wildlife refuge in the United States; a place known only as Pelican Island. The town is quickly blooming into a land of subdivisions and town homes, with schools, parks and other facilities that make it the perfect place to live. Doubt my judgment? Well, I am a former resident who spent the first 18 years of my life in Sebastian, and I must say, everything is family oriented!

sebastian hair products

Though Sebastian itself is a small town, many other smaller towns that surround it make up its City "limits", such as the town of Roseland and Wabasso. There are a few roads that will get you pretty much anywhere you'd like to go in the city, such as Highway US-1, SR 512, SR 510, Roseland Road, and Barber St. These roads all connect to one another in some shape or form which will allow easy access to all of the great locations and will prevent you from ever getting lost. Even if you did get lost, the local store owners and employees, Police officers, and everyday town folk will be quite friendly and assist you in directions or any other questions you have.

SEBASTIAN

Looking for a home, a place to raise a family, or simply a leisure spot to retire? There's not a better place than Sebastian! Sebastian is home to six public schools, three of which are elementary schools, two junior highs, and one high school. There are also a variety of parks, two of which are more the main attractions, such as the Creative Playground/Barber Street Sports Complex and the Riverview Park. For fun in the sun, you have hundreds of choices and two of them are facilities, such as the North County Aquatics Center and the Sebastian Skate Park, both with a small admissions fee. Sebastian is also home to over 20 Churches of many different faiths, all dedicated to strengthen you on your spiritual journey. There's the Sebastian Golf course for a full 18 Hole tour and many lakes and ponds to fish at... but all of this is only half the fun. With so much to do with friends and family, your kids will be sure to stay out of trouble and have fun the safe Sebastian way.

Of course, not everything is simply for residents. There are many other attractions that will satisfy you for a lifetime or for a short vacation. Sebastian is mainly know for its parallel run next to the Indian River; considered one of the best relaxation and fun spots ever to be exploited on the water. Several islands are there to camp on and explore as is the Wildlife Refuge, The Pelican Island. From Fishing, to camping, to boating, to tubing and skiing, swimming and snorkeling; it doesn't matter your preference, the Indian River will fulfill your heart of desire with as much fun as the river has in volume of water. Are you ready for a rougher ride? Turn your boat starboard or northeast and head towards the Sebastian Inlet. From there, you can head out to the Atlantic Ocean and see the beaches on both sides of the inlet itself. Is surfing, tanning, lounging or beach volleyball your thing? Then park that boat at the ramp, drive south down Highway US-1, take a left and head East across SR 510 over the Wabasso Bridge, and there you will arrive at SR A1A; home of the Treasure Coast Beaches! Take your pick heading North or South on A1A, as there are a variety of beaches there; some with playgrounds, others with restaurants nearby. Most beaches close at around 6 o'clock PM, as lifeguards leave their stations, so be sure to plan ahead.

Now, you have to be hungry after a day like this of fun-filled excitement, or even after a day of causal lounging. The hot spots consist of restaurants located on Indian River Drive, just parallel to US-1 and the Indian River itself. The main attraction is Captain Hiram's Resort; a restaurant, bar and grill, and hotel service that is known country wide. Also along Indian River Drive are restaurants such as Hurricane Harbor, Red Garlic Bistro, and Squid Lips, all mostly known for their seafood and bars. Maybe seafood isn't your thing though, but I know Sebastian has more to offer! Head over to J P Matty's, just off of SR 512 for some breakfast or lunch specials, or perhaps Island Smoothie Café on US-1 for a sub and a smoothie and great prices! And if you're heading out to the golf course or anywhere near Main Street, be sure to stop by The Eagle's Nest on Airport Drive for some breakfast, lunch, dinner and drink specials. You don't have to golf, but it sure is a great option!

While Sebastian might not be the party town, they know how to have a good and safe time. Back when I was young, we always asked, "What is there to do in Sebastian?" Now it baffles me to think of how naive I was, that I now say "Where the heck do I start with all of these great options?!" With a little bit of money and an open mind, Sebastian has endless opportunities for both visitors and residents.

So why not plan your vacation or move today?

SEBASTIAN

The first step is to decide the focal point in that room. It can be possibly window or fireplace. It will help you determine the setting of the rest furniture for the room. It is important for attracting the eyes on that point.

If you have already determined the focal point in that room, then you can draw the replication of your room in a graph paper. Make an easy scale such as one square for one square foot of the real space. It will help you estimate whether or not the furniture you are going to use fits the room.

After measuring the space in the room, you have to measure the size of the furniture so that you can note whether or not it fits. Draw it on the construction paper and then cut it out. Draw all the furniture you want to be in the room. The most important is the size of your copy can perfectly represent the real size.

The last thing is to place those cut-outs on the graph paper. It allows you to try some experiments for the right placement. One of the most important things to consider is the traffic flow in that room. Place the furniture with easy flow. Therefore, you have to care about the existing door, window, cable hook-ups and some other things which can possibly hinder the arrangement of certain furniture.

Last Born Birth Order Trait Advantage

A last born birth order traits include being manipulative, charming, loves attention, loves surprises, a natural salesperson.

Although the last and at the bottom of the family "food chain," the youngest child of the family is seldom ever left behind. In fact being the baby of the family means he gets lots of care and protection from the adults AND the elder siblings.

Traitt

A last born birth order trait involves manipulation and charm. Whenever he gets into trouble, the last born usually gets away with it. Mom and dad will probably comment, "he is too young to understand it, never mind, but don't do this again!" But he gets away with trouble ever so often also because by the time the parents get to him, rules and discipline methods are more relaxed.

In some way the last born birth order traits are almost the opposite of the first born birth order traits. The eldest child of the family grew up around adults, following authority and loves following rules. This was his way of impressing the adults around him, especially mom and dad. With rules and discipline more lax with the youngest child, he is more likely to dislike following rules, and would rather have surprises and more adventure.

While the eldest is known for being a natural leader, a well-known last born birth order trait is being a natural sales-person.

They are natural charmers and manipulators. When things were more relaxed around the baby of the family, parents and even the elder siblings may have found amusement from the natural entertainer. Growing up, the last born loves attention and can often persist in obtaining what he wants, sometimes to the dismay of others, which may also be advantageous to him in trying to close a deal.

Mistake not, the last born is also capable of being a good leader even if he is not born with the qualities. His love for risks and adventure are desired qualities of a leader looking to scale greater heights. But watch out, he also needs to learn to take responsibility for his actions and mistakes.

When it comes to marriage, a last born is the best match with any other birth others. He complements the first born and only child, and nudges the middle born in the right direction of things, often bringing much excitement into the relationship. The rule still applies that a last born may not necessarily be compatible with another last born. Too much of similarities usually do not do well for a relationship. It may be hard to decide who gets the attention, and when it comes down to serious business, one of them has to remind themselves that there is time for play and time for work.

Being the youngest family is quite a privilege as he gets to enjoy the attention of the adults and elder siblings. Last born birth order traits may appear to be a lot of fun and spontaneity, but they have persistence in things they do, often getting what they want with their natural charm and manipulation.

Timeous Perfectionism in Endometriosis Sufferers

Timeous perfectionism is a trait which is described as a psychological condition affecting woman who has Endometriosis. It is a common belief that conditions within the body are caused by a strong emotion within the body and by alleviating repetitive thought patterns and negative belief systems that one can cure conditions affecting the body.

Timeous perfectionism is a trait whereby a woman wishes to complete a job as quickly as she can while making sure it is perfect at the same time. As this is a contradiction in methods this causes a stress within the body. The driving force behind this trait is often described as a need to fix things and to be perfect from an inherit lack of self belief. With this belief system one of the elements within a task will suffer. A job cannot be completed perfectly and quickly without one of the elements being forfeited. To complete a job perfectly it needs to be done slowly and with patience and time over many years. To complete a job quickly, it is often done at below standard level.

Traitt

Endometriosis sufferers will often dwell on their inability to commit to anything. This is a driving personality trait for wanting to complete jobs quickly. They seem to be in a rush all the time and wanting things done as quickly as possible. Not understanding concepts that take time to master and those skills take many years to perfect. They are often erratic in their decisions and want to see results instantly. They tend to be quite hard on themselves and want to always be the best, not settling for seconds. This creates an incredible amount of pressure and stress on them.

The best way to alleviate this intrinsic mental thought pattern is to establish the root cause of the thoughts. They are usually derived from a feeling of not being good enough and there are many different methods to expel this thought pattern. One is through hypnosis or to find the central source of pain and let it go. There are more of these available from various websites including YouTube. Positive affirmations are a different method which may offer some relief.

An acceptance of self is a positive way of confronting these thought patterns. This may through calming techniques and really allowing oneself to be happy being alone, such as doing Yoga or Tai Chi. They focus on one's own breathing and the body as a whole and no judgment is placed on ability or agility. One feels at one with body and mind which is often very soothing and consoling.

Loving oneself through personal pampering, giving oneself time alone to enjoy whatever one wishes and focusing on time-out session like breathing for 10minutes or enjoying a walk with no time pressure.

Timeous Perfectionism is an unnecessary stress that can be alleviated to aid in your healing of Endometriosis. Take time for yourself and in everything that you do. It is easier to complete jobs perfectly when you take your time and breathe, focus and give it your full attention.

Financial Management 101

How are you at financial management? If I asked you what your total household income is each month, could you answer me quickly? Do you know how much you spend each month? Do you know what you spend your money on? Do you know what the term passive income means?

sebastian

There are many financial questions out there, many things to know and much to learn. But, I want you to go back to the basics. How long has it been since you checked in with your monthly revenue and expenditures for yourself and everyone who lives with you? Sometimes the answer is "it has been a very long time". Sometimes the answer is "not so long ago" and then the "not so long ago" turns out to be a year or two. Much can change in a year, especially in today's economy.

SEBASTIAN

How much debt do you have? How much of it is good debt (debt that increases your net worth) and how much is bad debt (consumer spending)? Is this amount manageable for you? What are the interest rates you are paying? How much interest do you pay per month?

If you can easily answer all of these questions, I would say you are doing a great job of financial management. If this is not the case, start by answer the questions above and finding out where you are at. Then make a plan of where you want to go based on the reality of the situation.

If you are on top of your finances, are you moving yourself to the next level by building your net worth? Do you have passive income structures in place? What are your long term plans for creating financial freedom?

By answering all these questions, increasing your knowledge and surrounding yourself with an effective financial team, you will be setting yourself up for your future. Start today... before you are even more in debt.

Plan for the future and know what your plan is for financial freedom. The only way to create your dreams is by knowing where you are at, where you want to go and then taking steps to get there. Your future awaits!

"Money quite simply is an energy tool. Like all energy, it can be used to build or destroy. In itself, money is neither good nor bad--it is neutral. How it is handled is what counts. Understanding how to use it correctly-how to ethically make it, keep it and share it--can add a positive dimension to our lives. Our relationships, our comfort and our safety can be dramatically improved with money that is acquired and used in the right way." ~ Robert Allen

Where are you at financially? Figure out the numbers and then create a plan.

What is your monthly income? There are two ways to have more money: make more and spend less.

What are you monthly expenditures? Do you choose to spend you money on all of these things? Or have you been unaware of where all the money has gone and now that you have awareness you are ready to make different choices?

Have you created passive income? Is this something you want? If yes, what does this look like? What is your plan? Who will help you increase your knowledge?

Take your control back! Decide that you are taking charge of your finances and take yourself to a whole new level. Increase your knowledge so that you make choices that work for you. The world is abundant... if you let it be.

The advantage of having that attractive effect on men can be quite intriguing and interesting to experience. But approach this with caution, because wearing female pheromones to induce attraction in men can be quite overwhelming. You will automatically see in increase in flirtation, attraction and maybe some physical contact, if you allow it.

Pheromone perfumes have actually become quite the norm these days because women everywhere are finding out that they actually do increase attraction and intimacy among others. Pheromones have become a strategic scent of attraction that has men going crazy for women.

The Bullet Express Meal Maker

The Bullet Express Trio System is a multi-purpose processor appliance that includes a Meal Maker, Meal Mixer and a Juicer. Its size makes it very convenient to prepare meals for the whole family rather than individual meals or drinks.

sebastian

This juicer attachment for the Bullet Express can be used for juicing all types of fruits and vegetables. Thanks to its size and powerful motor you can juice whole fruits and vegetables in seconds. There are mixed reviews about how this machine works as a juicer. It does a good job with most fruits and vegetables but some customers claim that the leftover pulp is still wet and that other juicers leave it completely dry. This is probably true if you are considering buying a high end juicer but it can cost between 0 and 0.

SEBASTIAN

The Bullet Express Meal Maker attachment is used for slicing and shredding a variety of vegetables, fruits, meats and cheeses in seconds.

This Bullet Express Mixer attachment is used for mixing, blending, chopping, mincing and ice crushing. Don't get confused with the original Magic Bullet, this is a different appliance. The Magic Bullet juicer is ideal for preparing meals and smoothies for one or two people. Its functionality is a little more limited than the Bullet Express. It is basically a blender which can be converted into a shredder and chopper with the change of the blade.
