The first thing you have to do is to prepare the respirator. It will be needed when you use the spray paint. While painting, you have to use the respirator to prevent from inhaling the spay paint.

The next thing you have to do is to clean and dry your plastic items so that the paint can easily bond to it. Since it is designed specifically for plastic, you don't need to sand or prime the plastic.

Before you start painting, spread out newspapers on the floor on which you do your painting such as garage, driveway, or patio. It is to prevent the paint to spray your floor.

After spreading the newspaper, put the furniture you want to work on that newspaper. Then, begin to spray the paint on your piece of furniture. In order to make the fine result, you have to move the can of the paint slowly and evenly until all parts are covered. An important thing you have to keep in mind is that you don't need to spray the paint too heavily or to fast since it can make your paint drip or run.

You can also choose for another color instead of the original color of your furniture. In this case, you have to paint with more than one coat so that you can achieve the color you want. However, you have to make sure that the first coat is fully dry before you apply another coat. It usually takes for about 15 minutes before the next painting. After finishing, it will be better for you to let your furniture stand overnight before using so that you can get the finest result.

Do You Know the Number One Trait Desirable Men Value in a Woman?

Do you find yourself racking your brain to figure out a way to connect to the men that you meet? Are you looking for a way to attract the attention of QUALITY men?

Do you want men to CRAVE your company?

Traitt

You know how men can clam up and close themselves off right when you have something earth shaking to talk about? I hate that, don't you?

Colleen told me in an email, "I thought he was in to me. We talked and talked at dinner last week and now he hasn't called. I wonder what I did."

"Tell me about him," I asked her. Colleen started to tell me the basics, where he was from and what he did for a living, but then she fell back into her list of complaints about him and every other guy who let her down.

Can you relate? Are you sick of meeting men that seem great and then disappear? There is one thing you can do that will completely fascinate a man and it isn't what you think. Plus, so few women know this secret, you will stand out from the crowd.

When you look into a man's eyes and open your heart, mind and EARS you are on your way. Yes, it is your EARS that are the key to a man's heart. Most men are literally STARVING for someone to just Listen to them.

t takes focus and intention to really hear what the man of the moment is talking about. But...if you choose to do this....to really Listen to the heart behind the words, you will be a Wonder to him.

Every man has a story or ten to tell. Even if he has told you the story before, there are still questions you can ask to deepen his experience of being heard.

Mary told me about her experience in an email:

"We went out to celebrate Veteran's Day with a breakfast out. I had heard his stories many times but on this day, I felt especially moved to ask him again about his Viet Nam war days. My husband was so engaged with me. It felt wonderful. When I listen to my man...really listen, I feel an amazing connection with him. I wish I would have known this secret years ago!"

It may seem to simple to be true, but what if it works? Can you afford to not try it out? Next time a random man crosses your path....just try it. Plan on being curious...really curious, open your ears and be prepared to be feel the connection!

Johann Sebastian Bach Biography - The Story of a Great Musician

The Johann Sebastian Bach biography is an interesting read. In Eisenach, Germany on March 21, 1685 Johann Sebastian Bach was born. He was the youngest child of Johann Ambrosius Bach and Elizabeth Lammerhirt Bach. His father was an organist in the church and many other family members were also musicians.

sebastian potion 9

Members of the Bach family were skilled at playing many instruments including the clavichord, violin, organ and harpsichord. There were also singers in the family. Bach received training in all of these areas in the early years of his musical training.

SEBASTIAN

Both of Bach's parents died when he was only nine years old. His father died first and his mom died just two months later. At age ten he went to live with his older brother Johann Christoph who was an organist at church and who became Bach's first music teacher. Bach had longed for a singing career and was a very talented singer. He was chosen to sing in the church choir.

In 1700 an opening came about at St. Michael's School in Luneburg and he was awarded a singing scholarship. His voice began to change and he started playing the violin. Bach graduated in 1702.

By a church in Arnstad Germany Bach was hired in 1703 as an organist. This opportunity gave him ample time to practice his favorite instrument. In 1707 Bach became the organist for a church in Muhlhausen, Germany. He married his cousin Maria Barbara Bach later in that same year. This is also the year that Cantata No. 71, God Is My King was composed.

A year later Bach went to Weimar, Germany and became the court organist to Duke Wilhelm Ernst. From 1708 to 1710 Bach composed a large amount of original organ music. Prince Leopold of Cöthen, Germany offered Bach a position in 1716. A highlight of the Johann Sebastian Bach biography is that Bach produced his finest instrumental compositions during this period.

In 1720 Maria died. She left him a widower and with seven children. In 1921 Bach married Anna Magdalena Wulken who was a twenty-year-old singer. Over the next twenty years they had thirteen children together.

Bach was named the choir leader of Leipzig, Germany in 1723. His duties were to provide choral music to the churches St. Thomas and St. Nicholas. Bach also taught classes in music, gave private singing lessons, and taught Latin. It was while Bach was in Leipzig that he composed the majority of his choral music.

A sad ending of the Johann Sebastian biography is that Bach began to slowly lose his eyesight in his final years and went completely blind in the last year of his life. On July 28, 1750 Bach died due to complications from a stroke and high fever.

Bach was a well-regarded composer and musician, but his works were not published until he was forty-one. And it was not until fifty years after his death that he became well-known outside of Germany. To this day Bach is widely remembered for his exceptional compositions.

Do You Know About Sickle Cell Anemia?

Sickle cell anemia is a hereditary disorder or hemoglobinopathy in which normal adult hemoglobin (HbA) is partly or completely replaced by an abnormal hemoglobin (HbS) causing distortion and rigidity of red blood cells under conditions of reduced oxygen tension.

Sickle cell anemia, the homozygous form of the dishemoglobin variant, including fetal hemoglobin (HbF). Sickle disease (HbSS). Sickle cell-hemoglobin C disease, a variant of sickle cell anemia including both HbS and HbC/ Sickle cell thalassemia disease, a combination of sickle cell trait and thalassemia trait

Traitt

Sickle cell anemia is found primarily in the black race, although infrequently it affect whites, especially those of Mediterranean descent.

Mode of Transmission
Sickle cell anemia is an autosomal-recessive disorder. The inheritance is describer as intermediate because the gene is partially expressed in the heterozygous state and completely expresses in the homozygous start. In the United states, it is estimated that 1:12 black persons carries the trait; therefore, the risk of two black parents having a child with the disease is 0.7%. The occurrence of other forms of sickle cell disease is the result of Union between two individuals who carry the heterozygous form of variants of sickle cell trait.

Basic defect
The basic defect responsible for the sickling effect of erythrocytes is in the globin fraction of hemoglobin. Which is composed of 574 amino acids. Hemoglobin S differs from hemoglobin A in the substitution of only one amino acid for another. Valine instead of glutamine resides in the sixth position of the (3-polypeptide chain, under conditions of decreased oxygen tension and lowered pH, the relatively insoluble hemoglobin S changes its molecular structure to form long, slender crystals. The rapid growth of these filamentous crystals causes tenting of the cell membrane and the formation of crescent or sickle-shaped red blood cells. The filamentous forms are associated with much greater viscosity than the normal holly- leaf structure of hemoglobin A.

The tendency to sickle is also related to the concentration of hemoglobin within the cell. Since hypertonicity of the blood plasma increases the intracellular concentration of hemoglobin, dehydration promotes sickling. In most instances, the sickling response is reversible under conditions of adequate oxygenation and hydration. During this time, the red blood cells are indistinguishable from normal erythrocytes on peripheral examination.

Although the defects are inherited at the time of conception, the sickling phenomenon is usually not apparent until later in infancy. The high levels of fetal hemoglobin prevent excessive sickling of the red blood cells. The newborn has from 60% to 80% fetal hemoglobin, but this rapidly decreases during the first year, so that sickling becomes apparent after 4 months of age.

Persons with sickle cell trait have the same basic defect, but only about 24% to 45% of the total hemoglobin is hemoglobin S. The remainder is hemoglobin A. Normally these individuals are asymptomatic. However, under conditions of extreme or prolonged deoxygenation, such as strenuous physical exercise, anesthesia, infection, pulmonary disease, anemia, high-altitude environments, underwater swimming, or pregnancy, sickling crises may occur. The higher the percentage of hemoglobin S, the more likely is the occurrence of symptomatic responses.
