Jogging can reduce the risk of heart attack. To stay healthy and to work normally, your heart needs smooth blood stream endlessly. Jogging can make the blood stream run smoothly to your heart. It means that there is sufficient supply of oxygen to your heart. It helps your heart to pump the blood to all your body.
