Motivation is the key trait of Leadership. When we talk about motivation as the need of the hour for making successful organizations, remember that each member has something to add to your team and then formulate team objectives carefully at the same time take them seriously. It is always the Leader who should see that employees' success is appreciated. They are capable of remarkable achievements, if they are given the right motivational leadership. I ever found motivation is the biggest tool to make never ending success. When problem or failure occurs, do a careful analysis of the reasons behind failures. But to keep motivation high, you cannot allow mistakes to be repeated time and again. The key of motivation is to communicate with a strong sense to ensure that staff is up to date on the progress of the company and with internal and external environment.

Same phenomena always work for leading and motivating factor. One says that how well you lead others is the prime factor in your teams' success and to become an effective leader you must facilitate, inspire and implement rather than control.

One has to have continuous analysis on his / her preparation to lead from different angles, because leading others is a stimulating challenge for any leader. This include knowing the people who are working for you, establishing a frame work in which everyone can operate comfortably and setting challenging goals that will motivate and inspire them.

By the time, it is very clear that the key to truly effective leadership lies in mastering a wide range of skills from implementing and even in administrating process to inspiring others towards achieving excellence and it has been observed at many occasions that effective leadership shows you how to make the most of opportunities to learn to lead whether by observing others through formal training or through careful evaluation of practical experience. Give people full responsibility of job and empower them to execute and improve their own work. This is sure and enough way towards self motivation and self motivated person motivates himself and others also to excel in their own performance. This is what is required ultimately for the success of any organization.
